1. Acceptance & Authentication

• Account Creation: Access to the web application requires authentication via Google, X (formerly Twitter), or Discord.
• Third-Party Terms: By signing in, users also agree to the respective terms of the OAuth providers (Google, X, Discord).
• Founder Status: TH3 PACK is a Web3 project currently in its development phase; users interact with the platform at their own risk.

2. XP and Digital Assets

• In-App Rewards: XP, Bounties, and Mission rewards are internal digital markers with no current fiat value.
• Data Persistence: While we strive for 100% uptime, users acknowledge that during beta testing, data resets or balance adjustments may occur.
• Admin Rights: The "Admin" status is reserved for project founders and verified contributors solely at the discretion of the founders.

• Identity Collection: We collect and store your email (Google) and social handles (X/Discord) to verify identity and prevent sybil attacks.
• Cookies & Sessions: We use session tokens to prevent the "data reset" issues previously encountered in the bot version.
• Data Storage: All user progress is stored in a centralized database to ensure persistence across device refreshes.

• Community Standards: Users must follow the rules of "TH3 PACK" community on Discord and X.
• Prohibited Acts: Multi-accounting or "farming" XP via automated scripts is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. During beta/testing phases, data loss or service interruptions may occur.

• $PACK tokens are experimental digital assets with no guaranteed value
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• You assume full responsibility for tax compliance related to token transactions
• The Pack is not responsible for wallet security or lost funds

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the community. Termination is at our sole discretion.
